Today I wanted to go over, the next evolution of NFTs (non-fungible tokens). Which are iNFTs or Intelligent NFTs. So the question is what are iNFTs?

NFTs (non- fungible-tokens) are new digital assets with a unique ID/record on a blockchain smart contract. Any digital file can be an NFT like video, image, gif, or music and these assets can not be exchanged because they are unique.

Alethea.ai is bringing intelligence to NFTs to create intelligent NFTs or iNFTs. An example of how this could be used, for instance, you could have the Monalisa that could actually talk back to you. But Alethea.ai is embedding artificial intelligence into NFTs to fully realize the promise of programmable intelligence scarcity. You can see the evolution of NFTs from static images to gifs, videos, and now iNFTs. I believe that the next step is intelligent characters and it actually makes perfect sense because, on a long enough timeline, what isn’t going to be intelligent.

What are iNFTs?

iNFTs are non-fungible tokens that have been linked to the ai protocol. This allows for interactive, generative, and intelligent capabilities that have its own Virtual economy and generative outputs.

When will we see iNFT in action?

“Alice” was the first iNFT created by Robert Alice a London-based artist. “Alice” iNFT was the result of the collaboration of the artist and the Alethea.ai artificial intelligence development team. This iNFT was auctioned off at Sotheby’s digital auction at approximately $479k.

So iNFTs, are soon going to be embedded with interactive generative capabilities. In the coming decades, iNFT will be intelligent close to the human level. So this is likely the new standard of making art interactive as an iNFT. iNFTs are not only based on intelligence, they have animation and interactive capability, that are configured and kept on the smart contract layer. It can be only achieved through single-shot and few-shot learning.

One of the key features that are going to be included in these iNFTs is the ability for them to learn. Just like we humans do, they will be able to gain more information and grow their understanding as time goes on.

It’ll be interesting to see how these NFTs develop over time and what new capabilities they gain as they continue to evolve.

So with Alethia’s protocol, prompt design and language are embedded by engineers and designers. The super cool part of all of this is that any existing NFT can be turned into an iNFT, which is scalable generative interactive and has access to network intelligence through alethea.ai protocol.

iNFTs are based on Ethereum (ERC-1155 or ERC-721) blockchain.

So an example is a crypto punk that would be able to talk to you and rap against another crypto punk in a rap battle and it can be watched by millions. Or you could have a hash mask that listens to your jokes and inspires you with its origin story. Once the existing NFT is linked with the ai protocol, it becomes an iNFT.
